Taken from the leg. We bone out the meat and remove any excess fat. We then marinate this joint with rapeseed oil, sea salt & pepper, fresh garlic & rosemary. This is a very popular option. Bursting with flavour and very easy to cook. Absolutely superb on the BBQ but equally delicious from the oven.
